Why I have created this
When we get out of our minds and into our body many surprising things begin to happen.
Most of my life I lived in my head, from my mind. My career was in finance, and my analytical mind was the part of me that was rewarded most. Even in sport, I was pushing and measuring rather than truly feeling my body.
When I came to Ubud and found myself around music and dance, I felt awkward and out of place. Over time, through healing and reconnecting with my body, dance became my exercise and the most powerful way to heal my body, release emotional tension, and feel alive again.
This course is my invitation to you to step through that same doorway: no performance, just presence.
