Why I have created this
For many years I lived mostly in my head. My career was in finance, and my analytical mind was the part of me that was rewarded most. Even in sport, I was pushing and measuring rather than truly feeling my body.
When I came to Ubud and found myself around music and dance, I felt awkward and out of place. Over time, through healing and reconnecting with my body, movement became one of the most powerful ways I found to regulate my system, release emotional tension, and feel alive again.
This course is my invitation into that same doorway: not performance, but presence.
