Over the course of six Saturdays (bi-weekly), each lasting eight hours, you will explore key pillars of lasting wellbeing—nutrition, movement, mindset, emotions, energy, habits, addictions and more that support your best self.
Between sessions, you will receive personal guidance and ongoing support, so you can apply what you learn and build real change into your life right away.
