Hello, I am Stephan Alexander — i am a transformational guide, specializing in health and life transitions.
So, even though I chose a career in finance, the study of health, nutrition and medicine became a life-long obsession of mine. Now, I am called to giving back, to sharing my experience and to helping others overcome life’s challenges as they grow older.








At 60, I feel more vibrant and alive than ever before—but my journey here was not straightforward. Even though i was blessed growing up on an organic farm in Switzerland surrounded by nature’s richness, I faced chronic health issues from early childhood that traditional medicine couldn’t explain or help with.
My practice combines ancient wisdom with modern technology. The Dao, foremost its inner energy and emotional work strengthens and rejuvenates my body from the inside out. Modern technology allows the precise individual assessment of our physiology through DNA and RNA analysis and enables a healthy gut/microbiome.

You can start by scheduling a free 30 min consultation to discuss your situation and your goals and determine how we can assist you.
Is coaching online?
Yes, coaching is mainly done online. There are retreats and workshops available in Ubud, Bali.
How long does this transformation take?
The duration varies based on your individual situation and your goals.
We have a specific 6 day course (6 days, two weeks apart) that will set you up with your new life-style over the course of 3 months.
The application of the tools and practices we are teaching and their effectiveness can be experienced quite instantly. The time it takes to re-establish what you perceive as balance or health depends on your state when you begin and how successful you are in building and maintaining the healthy life-style we will build together.
Therefore a main focus of our program is to change and establish the habits that support your new life as well as the emotional tools that will continue to enhance your health and your life long-term and into old age.
